ORTHODONTISTS + TREATMENT COORDINATORS

AUSTIN, TEXAS | APRIL 2–3, 2027

What is the "close more cases meeting"?

Live In-Person Workshop - Nashville, TN - October 9 & 10, 2026.

Harder than ever to get new starts?

You’re not imagining it.

THE REAL PROBLEM

PATIENTS ARE SHOWING UP.

TOO MANY ARE LEAVING WITHOUT STARTING.

Every week, qualified patients leave a consult saying, “We need to think about it.”

The doctor assumes it was finances.

The TC assumes they’ll call back.

Too often, they don’t.

The problem usually isn’t just price.

It’s uncertainty.

CMC helps doctor + TC teams reduce that uncertainty—from diagnosis and value to financial options, objections, and follow-up.

Transfroming

Treatment Coordinators into CLOSERS

TCI is about Empowering and Training the Team... 3 people selling in unison - Patient Advocate (leads), Doctor, and Treatment Coordinator (Closer)

High-performing practices have high-performing clinicians, but if the clinician is spending time and energy trying to close the case, they aren’t spending time and energy doing the cases. That’s why many run out of time!

The treatment coordinator needs to be the quarterback of the consultation and the primary closer.

TCI will provide the process, scripting psychology, and know-how to immediately increase your closing %

You're in one of These Three Realities.

You're not busy enough.

The issue usually isn’t demand.

It’s how interest becomes consults… and consults become starts.

You’re busy… but conversion is leaking.

Busyness hides inefficiency.

Money gets lost between first contact and signed contract.

You’re doing well… but you’re capped.

Small conversion increases = massive gains. And you can feel the ceiling even if revenue looks “fine.”

Here’s the part most practices miss:

Patients don’t decide to start treatment in the chair.

When starts stall, it’s usually not “price.”

It’s uncertainty caused by gaps between marketing → phones → consult → follow-up.

And those gaps don’t get fixed by the doctor alone.

IMAGINE LEAVING AUSTIN KNOWING…
